Making the Change 5. Maintaining Momentum.
I assume you have started to act on your goals. Nothing is going to change unless you put in the work. If the goals are the What of your Project, taking action is your How. It is important not to be hap-hazard about it. Plan and map out your actions and follow a routine or schedule. Block out time in your diary and track your progress.
Build in accountability and support. Following on from our example, joining a gym and having a gym buddy will maximize your progress. Your gym buddy will hold you accountable and you will hold them accountable in return.
Evaluate your progress on a regular basis. What is working? What needs to be tweaked? Celebrate your progress as you keep moving forward.
Exercise:
Map out your activities over a week. Try to create your Ideal Week and stick to your commitments.
